- Administer Training Requisition process to ensure smooth processing of training requisition for plant wide employees.
- Coordinating and organise in-house trainings, inclusive of room preparation, attendance taking & recording, monitoring training effectiveness via pre-post tests and monitoring training feedback
- Liase with suppliers (training providers, food vendors)
- Administer HRDF application and claiming processes
- Preparation of monthly report
- Preferably Degree in Human Resource Management or any relevant field.
- Preferably 1 -2 years working experience in related field or Fresh graduates
- Computer literate and good interpersonal skills with ability to interact with people.
